Sydney has 25 years of leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies. Her experience includes leadership and organizational development, program management, human resources, training, marketing and sales, labor relations and customer service. Sydney has extensive experience working with diverse teams as executive leader, team member, and educator, facilitator and coach. Sydney has been coaching executives since 2001. Sydney earned three university degrees: a BS in business administration from Portland State University, Executive MBA from the University of Oregon, and MA in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on leadership from Bastyr University in Seattle. She completed top leader development programs at the Center for Creative Leadership in Boulder, Colorado and is a graduate of the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Course, one of the International Coaching Federation's highest ranked coaching schools. She is president elect on the board of directors of the Minnesota Coaches Association.
